I am so excited to announce our first in person event. I wanted to create a retreat that is special and unique! By bringing all the attendees together in what I am calling the "Crafty House"!
This retreat is going to be packed with fun, fellowship, and crafting! You will not want to miss it!

It is important you read ALL THE DETAILS. There is a lot to know & I want to cover all bases!
This retreat is an in person event.
There are 2 ticket options AND there are payment plans available. (you will choose SHOP PAY for installments at checkout NOT SEZZLE)
Or You can Pay in full. (there are no discounts for this event)
Dates of the Event
SEPTEMBER 27th 2026 - OCTOBER 2nd 2026 (times below are tentative)
- We begin with arrival on Sunday the Sept 27th 2026 after 3 pm a light dinner meal will be provided. This will be a great time to get to know each other
- Craft Retreat days are Monday 28th - Thursday Oct 1st 9:30am/10am-5pm break at 12 for lunch
- (Friday Oct 2nd 2026 is checkout day by 12 pm) )
What is included with your Ticket price?
This covers your room stay at the Crafty House. Arrival is Sunday after 3 pm and departure is Friday by 12 pm
This covers your meals Monday - Thursday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Friday - Breakfast is served
There will be 3 crafts minimum each of the craft days except Monday. The craft themes will be Fall and Christmas!
You do not need to bring any supplies with you, will will have all the supplies provided. You will need to make sure you can take them home with you when you travel back.
You will get a special retreat t-shirt, swag bag, and you can take home your crafts.
There will be door prizes as well
TICKET DETAILS
There are 2 ticket options for this retreat! There are limited number of tickets.
1. VIP SOLO ROOM (you are the only person in your room.)
2. Shared Room Option: (You are sharing a room with another person).
ATTENTION: These rooms have 1 KING bed. Please keep this in mind if you are planning on sharing a room with some one or choose this option!
ATTENTION: If you want to share a room and be paired with a person in your room of YOUR CHOICE you will both need to put each others names in the "WHO ARE YOU SHARING WITH" option when you purchase your ticket. They must purchase a ticket as well.
Otherwise, if you do not disclose who you are planning to share with you will be paired with someone you may not know. If this does not work for you it is best you choose the VIP SOLO room option. If the person you put in to share with does not purchase a ticket you will be sharing with someone else or another person who has purchased that you want to share with.
ATTENTION: If you choose SOLO VIP room option, and you request to bring someone after you purchase, contact us immediately, they must purchase a ticket. If you intend to bring a spouse, friend or family member a ticket is required for them as well. Attendees are not permitted to bring children or pets.
No outside guests will be permitted to enter the premises.
You can not show up with a guest. No refunds or credits are given if you choose SOLO VIP and change your mind later and share a room. No exceptions.
There is a $400 difference between the Solo and Shared Options. This comes off the room cost not the other costs related to this event.
If you need wheelchair access please let me know asap.
SHARED ROOM TICKET includes everything in the vip ticket except you are sharing your room with someone so your cost reflects this.
Transportation, Travel, meals and lodging during your travel to and from are not included.
The nearest airports are

When flying in you will be traveling from one of these airports to the crafty house. You may want to see about carpooling with someone (there will be opportunity to discuss this in the crafty house facebook retreat group once you purchase your ticket)
There is a parking area at the crafty house, there is wheelchair ramp available and an elevator.
This is going to be a fun filled retreat i have called "Crafting with Friends". We are coming together to fellowship, have fun, create and connect!
These tickets are non refundable. I can not change your ticket once you purchase so please be sure you are choosing the correct ticket when you purchase.

More Details about this event
There will be itinerary provided for each day of the retreat.
We will send out a questionnaire and ask if there are diet restrictions and/or allergies. All attendees must complete the questionaire and sign the waivers.
The crafty house has an elevator if you need it. The 4th floor is accessible by stairs. If you need accommodations please let us know in advance.
There will be free time if you want to leave the crafty house to go explore and/or shop.
No smoking, vaping, or alcohol will be permitted. No illegal substances.
There will be a special facebook group created for Retreat attendees to mingle and and connect.
We will have plenty of time before the meet up to chat in the group, connect and get to know each other.
I wanted to do this event together in the crafty house with all of us under one roof for more than just a crafting experience but a time to connect and make friendships
I truly believe this retreat will be one you will remember and have the best time!

Where is the Crafty House?
The address of the house will be given to attendees.
It is located in Kill Devil Hills, NC in the OUTER BANKS. You can use google maps to estimate directions.
It is an ocean front property with 4 levels.
There are multiple outside spaces, a pool and beach access.
Can you tell me about the rooms?
The rooms have 1 king bed a master bathroom (a few rooms have a queen bed and shared full baths). See house layout, room options here
Can I make payments?
Yes, you will use shop pay for installments. Not sezzle.
Note: *You can attempt to use PayPal express installments pay plan but not all accounts qualify or are shown this option at checkout terms may not extend to monthly terms.
You will choose SHOP PAY INSTALLMENTS at checkout, enter your information and terms of approval will be given. We do not decide how installments are approved. Installment payments are not guaranteed to be approved for everyone. Shop pay determines this on account basis.
Can I bring my spouse? relative? Friend?
As noted. Shared rooms require each person purchase a ticket. You may not bring a person without purchasing a ticket for them.
If you arrive with a guest and they do not have a ticket they will need to find lodging off site. Guests traveling with you staying elsewhere are not permitted on premises. Retreat is for ticket holders.
What If I can not attend?
Tickets are Non-Refundable.
Unfortunately, You can not sell your ticket or transfer it to someone if you can not come.
I have purchased travel insurance for this event which covers Tropical Storm or hurricane since the event is in September it is during hurricane season. However, It does not cover you if you cancel or can not attend.
What If I change my mind about my ticket choice?
This is a great question!
This is why i have been very detailed with the information.
If you purchase your ticket and do not read the terms you are not refunded for your ticket if you didn't read or changed your mind.
You are not refunded if you change your mind and decide you want a solo room or want to change to a shared room option.
You are not refunded if you are sharing a room and are paired with someone you do not know or end up not liking them or have issues. You are welcome to leave the house and stay somewhere else at your own expenses.
I encourage everyone to remember, We are all adults.Coming together for a good time.
If you choose the option to share a room then you understand the terms. You may be paired with someone you do not know if you do not have a person already selected who has purchased a ticket.
The same goes if you choose a SOLO room. You are not credited or refunded if you choose to share with someone.
Please know before you buy a ticket if you will have any intention of sharing a room. We can not change this after a ticket has been purchased.
We have strict planning that has gone into this and we have done our best to make as many options available.
Will alcohol be allowed?
Alcohol beverages will not be allowed at the house. There are no exceptions.
Will smoking be allowed?
If you are a smoker you will need to exit the house step away from the house to smoke or vape.
No smoking is allowed in the home.
Can I bring my children?
Attendees are not permitted to bring children.
Will there be diet accommodations?
There will be a questionaire sent out to everyone. On this form you will let us know of diet restrictions and any allergies you may have.
Can I bring my pet?
No, I am sorry no pets are allowed.
What if I need to cancel?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable and not transferable.
Is there a discount?
There is no discount for this retreat.
House etiquette!
Respect everyones privacy.
Knock before entering rooms.
Respect people resting.
There will be fun nights in the common areas but please respect your room neighbors.
Do not invite non-attendees to visit you.
Pick up after yourself.
Make sure when you leave to take all your items with you upon departure.
