There are 2 ticket options AND there are payment plans available.

1. VIP SOLO ROOM (you are the only person in your room.

2. Shared Room Option: You are sharing a room with another person. ATTENTION: These rooms have 1 KING bed. Please keep this in mind if you are sharing a room with some one or choose this option! LIMITED Shared Rooms available

ATTENTION: If you want to share a room and be paired with a person in your room of YOUR CHOICE you will BOTH need to put each others names in the "WHO ARE YOU SHARING WITH" option when you purchase your ticket. Otherwise, if you do not disclose who you are sharing with you will be paired with someone you may not know. If this does not work for you it is best you choose the VIP SOLO room option. You can not cancel and switch to a VIP room
ATTENTION: If you choose SOLO VIP room option, and you request to bring someone after you purchase, contact us immediately, They must purchase a ticket as well including spouses or family members you want to bring. You can not arrive up with a guest even if they are not “attending” the activities. No refunds or credits are given if you choose SOLO VIP and change your mind later and share a room. No exceptions. Attendees may not bring children. No outside guest will be permitted to the premises.
There is a $400 difference between the Solo and Shared Options. This comes off the room cost because you’re sharing not the other costs related to this event.

Dates of the Event
You begin with arrival on Sunday after 3 pm a light dinner meal will be provided around 5 pm est
Craft Retreat days are Monday - Thursday 10am-5pm break at 12 for lunch
Friday is departure day by 12 pm
What is included with your Ticket price?
This covers your room stay at the Crafty House. Arrival is Sunday after 3 pm and departure is Friday by 12 pm
This covers your meals Sunday evening, dinner, Monday - Thursday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
Friday -Light Breakfast is covered on departure day.
There will be 3 crafts minimum each day Tuesday- Thursday days. You do not need to bring any supplies with you, we will have all the supplies provided. You will need to make sure you can take them home with you when you travel back.
You will get a special retreat t-shirt, swag bag, and you can take home your crafts.
There will be door prizes as well.
SHARED ROOM TICKET includes everything in the vip ticket except you are sharing your room with someone so your cost reflects this.
There will be itinerary provided for each day of the retreat. We will send out a questionnaire and ask if there are diet restrictions and/or allergies. The crafty house has an elevator if you need it. The 4th floor is accessible by stairs. If you need accommodations please let us know in advance.
There will be free time in the evening after our craft sessions if you want to leave the crafty house to go explore and/or shop you must use your own transportation.
Transportation, Travel, meals and lodging during your travel to and from are NOT included.
There will be a special facebook group created for Retreat attendees to mingle and and connect. THIS WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU.
The nearest airports are
Norfolk airport and
Raleigh Durham Airport
When flying in, you will be traveling from one of these airports to the crafty house. You may want to see about carpooling with someone (there will be opportunity to discuss this in the crafty house facebook retreat group once you purchase your ticket)
There is a parking area at the crafty house, there is wheelchair ramp available and an elevator.
ATTENTION: Tickets are non-refundable! Non transferable.
If you purchase your ticket and do not read the terms you are not refunded for your ticket. You are not refunded if you change your mind. You are not refunded if you are sharing a room and are paired with someone you do not know or end up not liking them or have issues. We are all adults. If you choose the option to share a room then you understand the terms. You may be paired with someone you do not know if you do not have a person already selected who has purchased a ticket.
You can not sell your ticket or transfer it to someone if you can not come.
if at any point during the retreat an attendee poses a problem, causes discord you will be asked to leave and you will not be refunded. I don’t expect any issues but I must disclose this
I have purchased travel insurance for this event which covers Tropical Storm or hurricane since the event is in September it is during hurricane season. However, It does not cover you if you cancel.
This is going to be a fun filled retreat that I have called "Crafting with Friends". We are coming together to fellowship, have fun, create and connect! That is priceless!!
These tickets are non refundable. I can not change your ticket once you purchase so please be sure you are choosing the correct ticket when you purchase. No smoking, no alcohol, no illegal substances. Individuals that travel with you and staying off site will not be permitted to enter the premises.
