Manage Subscription

If you need to update your subscription with a new address, or new payment method or to cancel you can login and manage your subscription here

We do not manage your account or subscription for you.


Below you will see how to do this on a mobile device.

You manage your payments there as well as your address.

If your address changes you must update it in the subscription as well as your standard account in my shop.

Subscription Box address and shipping:

Subscription boxes are shipped to the address you input in the manage subscription area. the address in your standard account does not port over to the subscription box software we use. It is your responsibility to manage your address in BOTH places. 

if your address changed after we print shipping labels for our subscription it is your responsibility to let us know that. Otherwise your box will be sent to the address on file when we printed the labels.
