DIY craft kits

You may purchase our craft kits for personal use or to give as a gift.

if you’d like to inquire about purchasing our blank kits so that you can then paint them and complete them to sell completed reach out for permission and ordering information.

if you want to purchase blanks we do offer this at a discount and minimum purchase.

If purchasing blanks to resell you may not resell these blanks as is. You may offer them completed or as apart of a workshop but you can not buy and resell our kits at this time. You may not purchase our blanks to resell at a price lower than what our retail prices are.

We currently design our own kits as well as work with other designers to offer their designs in our shop as blanks for you to craft with. We do not own the rights to all designs and therefore have limitations on what we can offer as far as another designers designs.

APPAREL

All sales are final. There are no reprints, exchanges, returns, credits, refunds.

We make every attempt to give you an accurate color swatch, however device and screen resolutions will vary. The same applies for the material, and sizes. We give you this information in the listing and in the size chart.

When choosing your color shirt, please keep in mind that you are making your color choice with the design, if we press your shirt ship it to you and you do not like what you chose, please understand our policy is clear, you are choosing your color. Some colors of shirts should not go with certain designs, but we are giving our customers freedom to chose what they like and want. We will not accept a return or exchange because you didnt like the choice you made.

Screen Print Mockups of our shirts

The mockups shown are of actual shirts with the design overlayed to give you an example of what to expect. Based on the size of the shirt you order, your design may appear larger or smaller on your size shirt. keep this in mind. At this time our screen print designs vary from 11x11 size to 13x15 design. Some are 12in wide.

Smaller shirts the designs may appear larger and on larger shirts the designs may appear smaller.

Apparel Care:

It is your responsibility to care for your apparel properly. Cracking and peeling can occur if proper care is not used. Follow the care instructions.

Member/Subscriber Policy:

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service, membership, subscriptions, groups, or site without notice and liability for any reason, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or any services at any time however no refunds are offered. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing, with respect to automatically-renewed subscriptions to paid services, such subscriptions will be discontinued only upon the expiration of the respective period for which you have already made payment.

We will not tolerate negative customer communications regarding order fulfillment times. These processing times will vary throughout the year. We regularly update our processing times and we are very clear what they are. READ THEM.

We will exercise our right to block and refuse business with any customer who takes part in any of these behaviors. This behavior is unprofessional.

All sales are final. I do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits. Once you purchase you are sent an email containing your order and/or how to access it. What you are allowed to do with my printable and svg files:

Print/cut them as many times as you like for personal use only.

Use a print out of the printables to create personal gifts for others. This is only allowed in printed product form and for non-commercial purpose.

Feel free to share photos of the printable projects you’ve made or links to our product pages or tutorials BUT never share files you have purchased. Direct people to purchase their own. Please always tag @therustynailga on IG or Facebook. Share them in my free group.

If you ever purchased a print that is mailed to you, you may copy it and resize if needed but you can not share, sell or distribute. This includes giving my prints away. Do not do that. They are for you to use. (We no longer offered mailed prints)

What you are NOT allowed to do:

Resell or commercially redistribute my printables/svgs in any way digitally or printed.

Forward, share or redistribute the digital files. Email our printable files to your family, friends or customers. You purchased a license for personal use only. If others like to use the printable, they’ll have to purchase their own license. PERIOD. Absolutely do not print these out and give them away to those who want one or do not have a printer.

Share my printable PDF files in any other way, such as on a website, blog, social media outlet, file sharing service, hosting site, USB drive, CD, DVD, etc.

Modify my printables or use any parts of our designs to recreate a new design. It is not allowed to add a logo or graphic to my printables.

Remove any copyright notations from the printable templates

Use my printables for giveaways or promotions, Or for business gain or monetizing.

You may not send my printables/svgs to anyone to have them create any cut or laser files.

All artwork and original designs or concepts remains the copyright of Amber Strong- DIY with Amber – The Maker’s Map (The Rusty Nail Home Market, LLC), including the graphics, illustration, design elements, wording, images and photos.

Anything you see on my site that you may have seen else where, has required me to purchage or have a full use license and full rights to edit and distribute.

Purchase policy for my classes, workshops, events, tutorials, courses and memberships:

In addition to the policies stated above I am including these additions:

When purchasing a membership, your payment is final and there is no refund or credit. If you purchase and cancel, please remain in the membership that you purchased access to for the time frame you purchased. If it is 30 days then you stay the 30 days, you can still cancel but you are not given a credit or refund. You can utilize the membership for the time you have purchased. If it is for a year membership, then please understand there are no refunds. You are a year member and you cancel but you are not refunded. Stay your year and then you will be removed and not charged again.

You do not have the right to share membership group content, posts or anything with non-paying outside members, you can not share your membership with a family member, friend or assistant. They must purchase their own membership.

You are not to remove any content, from the group for any reason other than for personal use. The content inside my membership group is private and for members only. You do not have rights to use any curriculum or documentation or videos.

If you are found doing so you will be pursued legally. Just do not do it.

This also applies to my courses. You may not share or sell the content of my business coaching or courses. You may not redistribute for free either. You may not charge a fee to access it, you do not have the rights to do so.

Once you purchase a course from me that course is yours, there are no refunds, credits or exchanges or SWAP outs. You still do not have rights to resell, sell, distribute, alter and so on. It is for you to consume personally. You may also not teach my curriculum to others and relabel it. Period.
