💳 REFUND & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Thank you so much for supporting our small business! Please review this policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing.
By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.


🚫 ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations for any orders, subscriptions, or memberships.

If we make a mistake, we will correct it — otherwise, all purchases are considered final.


🧾 SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

It is your responsibility to manage your own subscription.
We do not manage, cancel, pause, or edit subscriptions on your behalf.

  • Written requests via email, messages, comments, or social media are not valid forms of cancellation.

  • You must log in to your account and manage or cancel your subscription directly through the subscription portal.

  • We do not issue refunds or credits for cancellations made after your renewal has processed.


📦 HOW BILLING WORKS

Subscription services such as our SVG Club, T-Shirt Club, and Monthly Craft Box are billed immediately at the time of your initial purchase.

You are charged on the day you subscribe, and then automatically billed on the 1st of each month for the following month’s box or membership cycle.

Example:
If you subscribe to the Monthly Craft Box on December 17, that purchase secures January’s box.
You will then be billed again on January 1 for February’s box.

This same schedule applies to all other monthly clubs and subscriptions.


💸 REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges on subscriptions or memberships for any reason.

  • You may cancel at any time through your customer account, but we cannot refund partial months, missed cancellations, or duplicate subscriptions.

  • Once a renewal has processed, it is non-refundable.

Please manage your account before your next billing cycle to avoid unwanted renewals.


📬 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Lost, damaged, or stolen packages

  • Incorrect shipping addresses

We do not offer replacements, re-ships, or refunds for lost or damaged subscription boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and current before each billing cycle.


💳 PAYMENT METHODS

You are responsible for keeping your payment information and billing details up to date.
We are not responsible for declined transactions, expired cards, or failed payments.
If your payment fails, your subscription may automatically pause or cancel until updated.


⚠️ MULTIPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS

Please double-check your order before checkout.
We are not responsible for duplicate subscriptions or multiple charges made under different accounts or emails.

All active subscriptions are billed according to the schedule above, and no refunds are provided for duplicate signups.

Please note: The Creative Haven membership has officially ended as of December 2023.
This program is no longer active and is separate from any current subscription services.
