BUSINESS DAYS ARE NOT CALENDAR DAYS
We recently added a new feature to the shop. On the checkout page, where you complete the final steps to order, there is an estimated date shown. This date includes a median time of 12 business days for processing plus shipping time days.
However our standard processing time is 10-14 business days, SOME orders may take longer up to 4 weeks.
This is shown to you as an estimated date. Your order could arrive sooner or a few days later than this date.
We are not at a point to give you an exact date. We base our processing time on business days, Not calendar days. We also have no control over the shipper to meet their estimated dates.
We are trying to provide more awareness for your orders and what to expect.
We are working diligently this year in 2026 to do our best to improve processing time. Please also understand that we are a small business that manufactures all our goods. Your order is handled with the upmost care and importance.

🕒 Processing Times

Most orders process in a minimum of 10–14 business days, but processing can take up 21-30 business days depending on the items ordered, holiday season and current demand.

Ready-to-ship items: Earrings, canvas kits, resin, and glass products. requires 7-10 business days.

Made-to-order items: laser-cut wood kits, and personalized items. Follow Standard processing

Mixed orders (containing both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items) will ship together once all items are complete. We do not split shipments.
- Processing time and shipping time are 2 different things. Paying for priority mail does not mean your order processes faster.
When you leave the cart to go to checkout there is a checkbox that you must tick in order to complete your order on the next page. When you tick this box you agree that you have ready our policies that are linked in that tick box.
If you need your order processed sooner, rush processing may be available for an additional fee see this add-on here.
Note: Ready to ship items may require minimum 7-10 business days to process. Longer during holidays.
🎓 FOR CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, & GROUP ORDERS
If you’re ordering for a class, workshop, or event, please reach out before placing your order so we can TRY to plan around your schedule when possible.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for classes or workshops without prior communication. Processing time is 10-14 business days.

B2B (Business to Business) orders follow our standard processing policy unless arrangements have been made with us prior to ordering.

Please order at least 3–4 weeks before your class date to ensure timely delivery.

Rush options may be available depending on our production load.
- We will not rush your order last minute with out a paid rush processing upgrade. The red banner has a note at the top of every page that states to contact us prior to ordering for classes and bulk orders.
NOTE:
- If you do not contact us to communicate that your order is for a class or small business it is processed through standard processing and it is not moved to our B2B processing production. Once your order has been put into standard processing, it is already on the file and we will not rearrange it or move it to b2b production. Please keep this in mind for future orders. You must contact us!

Workshop or class organizers should contact us before ordering to discuss scheduling—though accommodations are not guaranteed.
Canada Shipping Update
Effective 1/1/26, we will offer shipping to Canada. You are responsible for any fees, taxes, tariffs, vats, customs. We do not collect these charges. We are not responsible for your order passing through customs
🎄 Holiday Order Deadlines
To receive your order in time for the holidays, please order by:

Fall and Halloween items: September 20, 2025 (for delivery by end of October)

Christmas: November 30, 2025 (for delivery before Christmas Day)
🚚 STANDARD Shipping Schedule

Orders ship Monday–Friday only. We drop off each day before 2pm EST

Shipping time is separate from processing time.

Orders are filled in the order received, unless rush processing is purchased.

Personalized items may take longer to manufacture..

During peak seasons or promotional sales, orders may take up to 4 weeks to process.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your account to view order and tracking details. We do not send any other order updates.
We do not recommend you rely on the shop app for information.
💌 Shipping Methods
We ship primarily through USPS, using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on your order’s size and weight. We do offer UPS as well.
Shipping time begins after your package has been scanned by the postal service.
Shipping time and processing time are 2 different things.
Please note:

Processing time ≠ Shipping time.

We cannot control carrier delays once your order has been shipped.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Returned packages due to incorrect addresses or refusal of postage will not be automatically reshipped. You may request reshipment by paying the new shipping invoice.
📦 Free Shipping Policy
Occasionally we offer Free Shipping Promotions.
Unless otherwise noted:

Free shipping applies only to U.S. residents.

Your cart total must reach $75 before shipping to qualify.

Free shipping does not apply to:

Glass orders

Wholesale or bulk orders

If your order includes any excluded items, you will be invoiced separately for shipping.
Please note:
Free shipping is a discount we offer—we pay those costs ourselves.
No postal carrier provides free shipping.
We cannot:

Combine multiple orders to reach free shipping minimums

Apply codes retroactively

Cancel orders so you can reorder with a code

Issue credits or reimbursements for missed promotions
🧾 Discount Codes

Only one manually entered discount code can be used per order.

You can take advantage of multiple sales and use a discount code for free shipping.
- Free shipping can be combined with a discount code, but two discount codes cannot be combined.
- Our system automatically applies the best discount available at checkout.
📬 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We take great care to package your orders securely; however, once your package is scanned in by USPS, it is out of our control.

Broken Items:
All shipments include insurance. If your item arrives damaged, please file a USPS insurance claim at USPS.com. We no longer issue replacements for items broken during transit. -
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or mis-delivered. USPS considers a package delivered once it has been scanned at your address.
We do not reship or refund orders marked “Delivered.”
🧩 Missing pieces or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake (wrong or missing item), please email us.
We’ll review your order and send the correct item as quickly as possible.
We may request photos for verification.
You must report missing or incorrect items within 4 business days from delivered date on you order. Any claims made after this time will not be reviewed.
We strongly encourage customers to open their kits, and inspect that all pieces (shown on product page photos laid out) are there.
If you are missing a piece or were sent the wrong kit, Email us with your order number, the item/ kit name and ck number (if available) and a screenshot of the photo we show on product page with the pieces laid out and then circle what you are missing. Do not send us a facebook message, or a vague email.
Please do not file false claims—our small business relies on honesty and integrity.
👕 Apparel T-shirt Orders (whatnot)
T-shirts and apparel are made to order on the size you have given us. And those orders are filled through our whatnot seller account.
When reporting an issue contact us immediately, do not file through whatnot, send us a message or an email. Please provide photos, and keep your packaging for us to reference.
Whatnot processing time 2 business days.
Shipping time is through usps. and may vary in transit time. Delivery time may vary by location.
🎨 Craft Kits, Pre-Orders & Monthly Crates

Craft kits & pre-orders: May take up to 4 weeks to ship.

Monthly Crafty Crates: Ship together once per month, per schedule.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any orders once shipped.
💻 Digital Items
Digital purchases (such as printables or SVG files) are delivered via email to the address provided at checkout.
Please confirm your email is correct before ordering.
If entered incorrectly, log in using that email to access your files, or contact us for assistance.
📦 Subscription Boxes
Subscription box addresses are managed separately from your main store account.
Please ensure both addresses are updated before shipment.
If your address changes after labels are printed, contact us immediately.
We recommend setting up mail forwarding through USPS.
