Refund policy

🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations.

If we make a mistake, we will correct it — but otherwise, all sales are final once your order is placed.

*Please do not file credit card disputes to “get around our policies that you agreed to when you order”. 

We do not offer price matching to our etsy shop or vice versa. We do not offer credits if an item goes on sale after you purchased.

🧾 ORDER RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for entering the correct email and shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for misspellings, wrong addresses, or incomplete information.

  • We do not issue refunds, reships, or credits for errors you make when ordering.

  • We are not responsible for duplicate orders, lost or stolen packages, or ordering errors. *Lost or stolen orders may qualify for a claim with the postal service but are not guaranteed approval. We will file a claim after the waiting period. 

  • We are not responsible to check customer addresses. We do not offer cancellations for orders returned to us for address errors. You pay the additional shipping cost to re-ship or you can forfeit the order.

Please take your time reviewing your order before submitting payment.

💸 DISCOUNTS, COUPONS & FREE SHIPPING

  • We cannot apply or modify discounts after checkout.

  • If you forget to use a coupon or discount code, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or cancellation.

  • Free shipping requires a $75 minimum subtotal before shipping and taxes.

  • You must manually enter the code “freeship” during checkout to receive free shipping.

  • Bulk and wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders cannot be combined to reach the free shipping minimum.

  • If your order doesn’t meet requirements, we will invoice you for shipping costs.

Reminder: 

  • We do not issue credits for items that go on sale after you ordered. They were not on sale when you ordered. A future sale does not apply to a past purchase.

Please remember our discounts are on automation they may expire or sales may change over while items are in your cart. It is your responsibility to order before a sale ends and check your cart before ordering. . 

Please note: Our system allows a maximum of three active promotions.
If multiple discounts are already applied, free shipping may not be eligible.

Free shipping is not automatic — you must enter the code during checkout.
We will not cancel or refund your order if you forget to apply it.

❌ ORDER ERRORS & CANCELLATIONS

  • We do not cancel orders for any reason, including:

    • Accidental purchases

    • Buyers remorse 

       

    • Duplicate orders

    • Ordering from the wrong shop

    • Forgetting to apply a discount code

    • Orders returned for address errors.

  • Once an order is placed, it will be completed as submitted.

  • We do not modify or edit orders once confirmed.

Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.

Do not open a chargeback and claim you have not received your order because you did not read our processing information. You may not have received your order yet because it is processing. We will ship your order according to our policies. If you need your order sooner upgrade to rush processing.

💥 DAMAGED ITEMS

If an item arrives damaged, please email us immediately at info@themakersmap.com.
All orders are shipped with USPS insurance.

You must file a claim directly with USPS.com for damaged or broken items.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for items damaged in transit.

We take great care in packaging every order securely; once the postal service takes possession, damage is outside our control.

👕 APPAREL POLICY

All apparel sales are final.

We do not offer reprints, returns, exchanges, credits, or refunds.

Please note:

  • Shirt colors and design placement may appear differently due to screen resolution, size, and fit.

  • You are responsible for selecting your shirt color and size. If you dislike your color choice once received, we cannot exchange or refund it.

  • Mockups are for reference — actual print scale may vary slightly by shirt size.

Apparel Care:
Wash cold, inside out, with no bleach or softeners. Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
Failure to follow care instructions may cause cracking or peeling, which is not covered by any warranty or refund policy.

💻 DIGITAL FILES

All digital items and downloads are final sale.
We do not issue refunds, credits, or exchanges for any digital products.

If you are a Creative Haven member and purchase a file that’s already included in your membership, there are no refunds for duplicate digital purchases.

💌 SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

We do not accept refund, cancellation, or account management requests via email, comments, or social media.

To cancel or manage your subscription, log in to your account and update your settings there.
We do not manually cancel or manage customer accounts.

⚠️ PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We do not issue refunds or credits if:

  • An item goes on sale or clearance after your purchase.

  • A coupon expires or changes after you placed your order.

  • You forgot to use a coupon, code, or free shipping offer.

Coupons have restrictions and no cash value.
